On 16 Days of Gender Activism

The 16 Days of Gender Activism are aimed at maintaining the dignity of the Malawian woman.
Chimwemwe Tembo, a Blantyre-based lady, says Malawians should start treating the woman as a noble being, capable of creating unlimited possiblities.

"The Malawian woman is not an object of malice, but should be respected," she says.
When she is respected, the Malawian woman will look like her: no bruises from gender and domestic violence.
